COVID 19 CHANGES

We understand the severity and distress that the current COVID 19 virus is causing. Because new challenges are arising in traveling at this time, we are temporarily revising our Cancellation Policy to accommodate our guests. Should the need to cancel a reservation due to sickness or a cause of concern for health and safety, you may cancel your reservation within 7 days of the start date, down from the 15 days, with a $25 cancellation fee or related fees from Third-Party booking platforms. If you cancel within 7 days, you may either change the dates of your reservation or receive a gift certificate, valid for 1 year for the full value of your reservation.

Our entire staff has always been dedicated to the safety of our guests. Due to the COVID 19 virus, we are taking extra precautions and adding new procedures to our housekeeping protocols. We are now sanitizing and disinfecting all touchable surfaces during room make-ups during your stay and a complete room disinfecting upon check-ins after a previous guest.

We understand the concerns of traveling at this time and we are taking every precaution necessary to keep our guests and staff as healthy as possible.

Our staff has been instructed that should any sign of illness appear, to refrain from coming to work and they will be able to receive sick pay without fear of lost money due to illness. This may cause a minor disruption to our services; however, we think this is in the best interest of our guests and staff.

STANDARD POLICIES

Sedona/AZ Sales/Bed Tax will be added to your Total

We charge 50% rate deposit at time of booking and charge the balance of your account 15 days prior to arrival. If you book a one night stay or more than five days stay, we will charge the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking.

You may cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date. If you book 5 or more nights with us, the cancellation window is increased to 30 days. There is a $25 Cancellation/Processing fee.

Sorry no pets allowed or children under the age of 15.

No Smoking indoors.

We offer a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and lactose free menu options. Please inform us prior to arrival if you wish to have one of these options.

CHECK-IN TIME- 3:00 P.M.- 5:00 P.M (Sun-Thurs, 6:00 Fri-Sat)
